30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At The Botanical Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, with the following exceptions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. See note below regarding the return of custom orders.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Custom Orders:
- All sales on custom orders are final. Custom items cannot be returned. However, if there is an error on our part (such as a mistake in the specifications), we will gladly exchange the item for the correct one.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Please email us at TheBotanicalPress@outlook.com to initiate your return. (Include Order # In Subject Line)
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within [7-10] business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within the return period. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom orders (as noted above)
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
